# Intelica Privacy Policy

## What we collect
- IP address (hashed — never stored in plain text)
- Request metadata: endpoint, timestamp, response time, cache status
- Content submitted for analysis (processed in-memory, not stored permanently)

## What we don't collect
- Personal identifiable information
- User accounts or credentials
- Payment details (handled by x402 facilitators on-chain)

## Data retention
- Analysis results: cached 6 hours maximum, then deleted
- Audit logs: IP hash, endpoint, timestamp — retained 30 days
- No long-term storage of submitted content

## Third-party services
- Anthropic (Claude Haiku): processes analysis content
- Exa: web search for source verification
- Supabase: cache and audit storage (encrypted at rest)
- PayAI: x402 payment verification (on-chain, no personal data)
